Recurring contributions build your down payment
Your monthly contribution is deposited into your BridgePoint savings balance and tracked in the member portal.
One-time contributions are allowed anytime
Members can make unlimited one-time contributions to grow their personal savings balance faster.
Only recurring contributions are match-eligible
One-time contributions are never matched. Any E&S contribution match applies exclusively to your recurring monthly contribution.
12-month enrollment before withdrawal
Members must remain enrolled for a minimum of 12 months before becoming eligible to withdraw their funds, subject to the Program Terms.
Change your pace whenever you need to
Members can increase or decrease their recurring monthly contribution at any time without losing access to any membership benefits.

Credit Reporting
Turn the rent you already pay into credit history.
BridgePoint members can report their on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus, even if they do not rent through E&S Real Estate Group. It is one of the most powerful ways to build credit for your future mortgage.
