Eligibility
Who can join BridgePoint.
- Georgia renter or future homeowner working toward a primary residence
- 18 years or older
- Willingness to commit to a minimum 12-month enrollment before withdrawing funds
- You do not have to rent through E&S to join
- You can use your own lender and your own REALTOR®
- Existing homeowners are welcome for ongoing education and expert network access
