A plain-language summary of how the BridgePoint savings match works. This page is informational and does not create a contract.
Eligibility
Open to renters age 18 or older in Metro Atlanta. Members may lease from E&S Real Estate Group or from another housing provider. Members must complete a program enrollment form and remain in good standing.
Member Contributions
Members choose a recurring monthly contribution starting at $25. Contributions are tracked in the member's BridgePoint account and belong to the member at all times.
Company Match
E&S may provide a matching contribution on the member's qualifying contributions. The match is earned only when the member closes on a qualifying home purchase represented by E&S Real Estate Group under this program. The match is applied toward closing costs, down payment, or other buyer costs at closing, as directed by the closing settlement statement.
Enhanced match levels are available to members who lease homes managed by E&S at the time of enrollment and through the qualifying purchase. The match is subject to internal limits, which may change from time to time.
Qualifying Purchase
A qualifying purchase is the closed purchase of a primary residence in Georgia where E&S Real Estate Group acts as the member's buyer's agent under a written buyer brokerage agreement.
Withdrawal and Termination
Participants may not receive a complete refund if they withdraw or terminate. They may pause membership for up to 24 months for no penalty. Withdrawal from the program is subject to 60% refund of personal contributions as 40% goes towards their membership fee and additional education/services provided under the program.
No Guarantee
This program is not a loan, deposit, or investment product. E&S does not guarantee mortgage approval, purchase price, timeline, or any specific savings outcome. Calculator projections on this website are illustrative.
Changes to the Program
E&S may modify or discontinue the program at any time. Current members will be notified of material changes.
