Maximum potential E&S Homebuyer Benefit. Not guaranteed.
Membership fees pay for BridgePoint services and are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the Program Terms. E&S does not hold member savings. Any estimated E&S Homebuyer Benefit is conditional, is not guaranteed, and remains subject to verified savings, tier limits, program funding, E&S representation requirements, lender and closing approval, actual brokerage compensation, successful closing, and the Program Terms.
