Detailed answers about membership, savings verification, benefit eligibility, classes, and what is available during Beta.
No. BridgePoint does not accept or hold member savings. Members save in an external account they own and control. BridgePoint may request documentation to verify eligible savings progress.
Your monthly membership fee pays for the education, technology, planning tools, resources, and personalized services included in your selected tier. Membership fees are nonrefundable and are not deposits or savings contributions.
Members may access BridgePoint education and general resources without using E&S Real Estate Group. However, personalized brokerage services and any E&S-funded Homebuyer Benefit require an eligible purchase in which E&S represents the buyer under a signed buyer-brokerage agreement. Members remain free to choose their own lender, inspector, attorney, insurance provider, and other settlement-service providers.

BridgePoint Beta is an active program with services available today. We are opening membership to an initial group of members while we continue building out the platform. Some planned features and third-party integrations are still under development and are labeled Coming Soon. Beta members may be asked to share feedback to help improve the platform.

Members must maintain active membership for at least six consecutive weeks and complete all required enrollment steps before becoming eligible for an E&S Homebuyer Benefit review. Six weeks establishes eligibility for review. It does not guarantee a benefit.
Members upload documentation from the bank or credit-union account they own and control. BridgePoint reviews the documentation to confirm eligible savings progress. BridgePoint never takes possession of member funds.

Not yet. Credit-score display and monitoring are Coming Soon for Momentum and Closing members. Credit education and credit-readiness resources are available now. BridgePoint does not provide credit repair and does not guarantee an increase in credit score.
